This page describes what this website collects, why, and where it goes.
What the contact form collects
Your name, work email, company, role, and industry. The goal you choose and the situation you describe. If you give one, a work phone number, and whether you prefer email or a phone call.
The form asks you not to include client records or sensitive personal information.
Why
Only to reply to you about your business and to prepare for that conversation. Your details are not sold, rented, or added to a mailing list. I call you only if you choose a phone call and give a number.
Where it is stored
In a database on the server that runs this website. The server runs in a hosting company's data center. Reading inquiries requires a login.
Who else receives data
When an inquiry arrives, ntfy.sh, a notification service, delivers an alert to me. The alert contains only the reference number, the industry, the goal you chose, and a campaign code. It never contains your name, email, phone, company, or message.
Page counts
The site counts page views and button clicks in its own database, with the page address and a campaign code. It uses no cookies, no visitor IDs, and no third party analytics. It does not store your IP address with your inquiry or with page counts.
To limit repeated submissions, your IP address is held in memory for up to ten minutes and never written to the database. Technical logs used to fix errors stay on this server and may include it.
Your browser
The site sets no cookies. Your browser keeps two small items: your motion setting, if you pause the animation, and the reference number of a message you just sent, for the confirmation page. The reference number clears when you close the tab.
How long it is kept
Inquiries and page counts stay in the database until I delete them. To have your inquiry deleted, email ablock@aivisionarygroup.com.
